Trygg frá Bár

The story of Trygg started when our good friend, Tryggvi, at the farm Bár lent us one of his mares, Silfurstjarna frá Bár, to breed with our stallion Forseti. Silfurstjarna was a silver dapple with interesting breeding lines, so our goal was to have a silver dapple mare foal. The year after came a beautiful bay mare, and she was named Trygg after our friend Tryggvi.
At the beginning of her training, we immediately saw that Trygg had a lot of talent. She started with energy and a positive attitude. Her high movements and softness inspired us in every gait, and therefore, we decided to have her as a breeding mare.
