Enjoy a quiet life in close contact with Icelandic nature

We provide accommodation in a cozy Holiday House with a floor heating, where up to 7 people can stay over night.

In the house there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with bunk bed for two persons which is designed also for adults so they are both big and sturdy. Besides there is a 18 m2 spacious sleeping loft with 3 beds. We also provide a crib for young children on request.

The house is spacious and bright with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with modern whiteware and all necessary things for cooking. Additional facilities include a tea and coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is one bathroom with shower and towels are included.
There is also a living room with TV, free WiFi and a spectacular view outside the window.

Outside the living room you can enjoy a terrace and garden with mountain views. The terrace features outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxation.

The view from the house is breathtaking. Looking east you can see the famous volcano mountain Hekla and in winter there is a good chance to witness amazing northern lights!

The Holiday home is situated in a great location – Located close to the Golden Circle.

In the south of Iceland there are many popular tourist attractions, so you can easily go for a day trip and visit famous places like e.g. Gullfoss, Geysir, Þingvellir, and many others without a long drive. The location is ideal for those who want to experience these wonderful attractions.

Combine accommodation and activities

You can stay at the Holiday House and go horseback riding on the farm for one tour, or more if you stay for a few nights. Make a beautiful memory with your family or friends!

Farm visits are available all year round. On the farm, we keep the Icelandic settlement animals: Icelandic horses, sheep, goats, chickens, cats, and a friendly dog.

This guided farm visit allows guests to interact with the animals, and we will tell you all about the Icelandic animals, the history, and what makes them so special.

    • We care about the environment and we kindly ask all our guests to sort their waste during their stay. You will find clear  instructions inside the house to help you recycle correctly. Thank you for helping us keep our surroundings clean and sustainable.

  • From 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM

    You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance.

  • From 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

  • All cancellations must be written and received by us 3 days prior to arrival to obtain full refund. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to arrival will be charged full price. But remember that if you booked through a booking agency the cancellation rules from them apply.
