Fjöður is a bay with a star and snip. At the beginning of her training, she showed a lot of willingness and cheerful character. She has always had well-separated and clear-beated gaits. She started as a 4gaiter, and as we looked after her pace, it was definitely a flying pace there!

Sigurður Óli Kristinsson trained her for one week before she was shown in the FIZO breeding show in the summer of 2013; she did not get high points for conformation but much higher for riding abilities. She got 9,0 for willingness and character and 8,5 for tölt, trot, pace, and general impression.
Sigurbjörg Bára competed with Fjöður the same year before she was covered with a stallion. Fjöður received 8,34 in Gæðingakeppni’s 4-gait and 1st place – Then she also received 1st place in the Firmakeppni Smáratölt-competition.
